Frozen berries

Studies on cherries, raspberries and strawberries suggest that most of their nutrition is retained when they’re frozen, so it’s a good idea to keep some in the freezer. Cherry on top indeed! πŸ€˜πŸ’πŸ“


  • 1 scoop Forever Ultra chocolate – link to my Swedish webshop HERE.
  • 2 dl coconut water
  • 100 g frozen cherries
  • 50 g strawberries
  • 50 g frozen raspberries
  • 1-2 tsp beetroot powder
  • Some ginger

Top it up with white chocolate flavoured protein spread and glitter.
