I made A LOT of smoothies this morning… 😅 I got some leftovers and used them to make this smoothie/chiapudding/whatever.
Leftovers can be a gastronomic opportunity. With a little imagination, there are a million ways to use up leftovers rather than bin them. If you want to get all poetical about them, you can say that leftovers in their less visible form are called memories. Stored in the refrigerator of the mind and the cupboard of the heart.
Smoothie on top;
- 1 scoop banana milkshake protein powder
- 2 dl Vita Coco natural coconut water
- 200 g frozen banana
- 1 dl yofu vanilla
- 2-3 tsp chia seeds
- Some beetroot powder
In the bottom;
- Passion fruit
- Warm and mashed cherries
