Sharing

Food is something holy for me. This blog is not about nutrients and calories. It’s about sharing. It’s about honesty. It’s about identity.

I’m someone who likes cooking and for whom sharing food is a form of expression. To that I add writing – that means sharing too. I think it’s part of the human condition to want to share things – thoughts, ideas, opinions. So sharing is a HUGE thing for me and I guess that’s why I in a very unconsciously manner always put two spoons in my bowls… ๐Ÿ˜„

Sharing is also the essence of social media and the sharing of food is the basis of social life. I enjoy meeting people who have a real interest in food and sharing ideas with them. Good food is a global thing and I find that there is always something new and amazing to learn – I love it!

Recipe:

  • 1 scoop Forever Ultra vanilla
  • 2 dl coconut drink
  • 100 g frozen pineapple
  • 100 g frozen pear
  • 1-2 tsp matcha
  • Some arugula
