I was about to make a plain and simple frozen banana smoothie, but I ended up with yet another blue coconut bowl with some crazy flower power on top. Why does that keep happening to me?! Well, I think it has something to do with the colour of the banana…
Banana is such a great ingredient in smoothies. It goes well with pretty much everything and makes the texture sooooo creamy. The only downside is the boring colour, so I just had to take care of that with some blue tasteless spirulina powder.
Et voila, the colour doesn’t suck anymore. 🙌🏼
