Let me tell you all, there is sometimes a HUGE gap between real life food and Social Media food shots… You already knew that?! Good! The pressure is OFF.
You have no idea how many photos I have thrown away because they didn’t turned out as I expected, like this waffle stack for example. It was supposed to be a lovely stack of pink banana waffles, with some fluffy pink nice cream on top, but it ended up as a hot mess. I must have missed some of the bakning soda and the pink pitaya powder wasn’t a hit to combine with eggs. It all transformed into a strange, brown/pink colour after frying. On top of that, the fluffy nicecream on the top melted way to fast and I shouldn’t have put the pink flowers… on top of that. 😂🙈
It was a healthy and YUMMY hot mess though and it certainly deserves some attention, therefore I will publish the photo of it anyway, along with the recipe. If you can make it look nice, please let me know. 🙏🏼🤗
- 1 scoop Forever Ultra vanilla
