Don’t forget your greens

It’s been proven by quite a few studies that plants are good for our psychological development. If you green an area, the rate of crime goes down. Torture victims begin to recover when they spend time outside in a garden with flowers. So we need them, in some deep psychological sense… πŸŒΈπŸ’š
With that said, I’m not saying that the answer to all our problems may be a green smoothie, but shouldn’t we at least check? πŸ€”πŸ€—


  • 1 scoop Forever Ultra vanilla
  • 1 dl coconut water
  • 1 chopped and frozen apple
  • 1 chopped and frozen nectarine
  • 1/2 chopped and frozen pear
  • 1 kiwi
  • Diced and sliced spinach
  • Top it up with strawberries, crunchy super seeds and some chocolate.
